Additional charges for damage, loss, theft, or non-return of equipment as outlined in our Rental Terms of Service
Your payment information is encrypted and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards. MicDrop does not have direct access to your full card details.

4. Shipping & Logistics
We use ShipStation and UPS to generate shipping labels, manage order fulfillment, and track return shipments. Your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with these providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling and managing your rental.
Return label scan events are monitored to trigger subscription cancellation upon confirmed return of equipment.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following trusted service providers who assist in operating our business:
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
ShipStation — order fulfillment and shipping label management
