When do I need to return my rental?

Your 7 day rental starts on the day that you order it. Our standard shipping options takes 2 - 3 days, ensuring you have at least 4 days to record.

If you don’t return your rental before or on the last day of your 7 days, your subscription will renew for another week.

How to return your rental

• Simply put everything back in the case how you found it.

• Put the case into the box provided (Folded inside of your original package). The return label is already attached.

• Seal it and drop it off at your closest UPS location.

• Once the return label is scanned by UPS, your subscription will stop automatically.

• Having issues or lost your return box? Contact us, and we’ll email you a new return label.
